Founded in 1983 as the PPP Medical Trust, The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
Spending around £30 million a year, it carries out research and policy analysis into health and runs improvement programmes to put ideas into practice in the NHS, support and develop leaders and share evidence to encourage wider change.
