FareShare, established in 1994, is the UK’s longest running food redistribution charity network and aims at relieving food poverty and reducing food waste in the United Kingdom.

FareShare is the UK's national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. They obtain good quality surplus food from the food industry that would otherwise have gone to waste and distribute it to frontline charities and community groups across the UK.

FareShare works with all sectors of the supply chain: producers, manufacturers and retailers. A number of the major UK food retailers have encouraged their suppliers to work with FareShare to minimise food waste.

Find out what FairShare does and how to give and receive food and support at the following links:

FareShare does not deliver food to individuals, but there are many organisations who do. If you are an individual in need for food, a list of organisations who may be able to offer you support is available at this link.
