Crime prevention is not simply a matter of good police work. It is everyone’s business and it needs to be a part of our daily routine.

The police rely on their partners, including local communities and individuals, to play their part in keeping crime low.

Preventing crime doesn’t have to cost a lot of money, it can be very inexpensive and in some instances it won’t cost anything other than a few moments of time.

Prevention is certainly better than the cure and crime prevention should be at the top of our agenda.

There are lots of steps you can take to keep your property and possessions safe, most of them at little or no cost to yourself.
