The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) works with employers and employees to solve problems and improve performance and employment relations.

Acas works with employees and employers giving free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice as well as offering training and help to resolve disputes.

It is an independent public body that receives funding from the government.
