The Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) help older people stay active, independent and able to continue to contribute to society. They do this by providing practical and emotional help where and when it’s needed. Their our volunteers provide much-needed support for over-stretched public services.

The Virtual Village Hall

The Virtual Village Hall is a programme of themed online activities designed to enjoy at home. Sessions are led by expert tutors, Royal Voluntary Service activity coordinators, volunteers and some well-known faces, and require very little space or equipment.

Virtual Responders

Volunteer Responders is a national, flexible volunteering programme supporting health and care in England.

It was set up by NHS England, working with Royal Voluntary Service and the GoodSAM app.
