The Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) help older people stay active, independent and able to continue to contribute to society. They do this by providing practical and emotional help where and when it’s needed. Their our volunteers provide much-needed support for over-stretched public services.
The charity provides support for elderly people at home, helping them maintain their independence with services such as meals on wheels, home library and community transport services.

The Virtual Village Hall
The Virtual Village Hall is a programme of themed online activities designed to enjoy at home. Sessions are led by expert tutors, Royal Voluntary Service activity coordinators, volunteers and some well-known faces, and require very little space or equipment.
