In August 2020, the BBC introduced a new scheme that offers some over 75 households a free TV Licence.

You can only get a free TV Licence if you are 75 years or older and you, or your partner living at the same address, receive Pension Credit.

If you’re blind or have a severe sight-impairment you can claim a 50% discount on your licence.

If you’re living in a care home or sheltered housing, you can get an Accommodation for Residential Care (ARC) licence which costs £7.50.
