ENGLAND MOVES TO STEP 4
On July 5th the Prime Minister confirmed that lifting of restrictions as per Step 4 of the Roadmap will proceed as planned on Monday 19th July with certain exceptions. The PM stressed that while cases are high and rising, everybody needs to continue to act carefully and remain cautious.and this is why key protections are being kept in place.
From August 16th, most Covid restrictions in schools - including "bubbles" - will end. From the same date, fully vaccinated adults will not need to self-isolate after contact with a positive case.
