Employers For Childcare invest 100% of the profits from their Social Enterprise businesses into their charity.
Their social enterprises are made up of :
- Childcare Voucher company
- Recruitment service for childcare providers
- High Rise (an indoor family adventure centre)

The charity also provides a Freephone helpline and outreach service through their Family Benefits Advice Service alongside carrying out research and lobbying work on behalf of parents
