BeGambleAware is an independent charity tasked to fund research, education and treatment services to help minimise gambling-related harm in Great Britain.
BeGambleAware currently funds four main treatment services for those affected by problem gambling:
- GamCare, which operates the National Gambling Helpline and a partner network of 15 treatment organisations across Great Britain providing counselling.
- The National Problem Gambling Clinic, based within the Addictions Service at Central North West London NHS Trust, offers CBT and psychiatric care.
- The Gordon Moody Association provides support and treatment at residential care at centres in Dudley, West Midlands, and Beckenham, Kent.
Advice and support is available in all arspects of gambling including:
- Talk to Someone about your gambling
- Have you got a gambling problem
- Control your gambling
- Finding the right support
- Help someone with a gambling problem
