Action for Children provides disabled children and their families with residential and short break care and specialist education and leisure opportunities.
Action for Children runs over 600 projects around the UK supporting more than 390,000 young people and their families & carers affected by poverty, disability, abuse or neglect.
Up until September 2008 the charity was known as the National Children’s Home (NCH), but changed its name to reflect the wider work it undertakes.
